Shipping & Refund Policy
Refunds/credits for unwanted or cancelled subscriptions will be honored under the following conditions:
- After one issue or up to 60 days: 75% of subscription price.
- After two issues or up to 90 days: 50% of subscription price.
- After 90 days - all subscriptions: no refunds.
- In the case of a combination subscription, single titles may be cancelled — credit will be prorated to the subscription price of the cancelled subscription/title.
Refunds will be made as a credit only to the credit card account that was used for the original subscription. No checks or money orders will be issued.
Subscriptions may be transferred to an alternate subscription only within the first 30 days. Cancelled subscriptions may not be transferred to an alternate subscription after the first 30 days.
Requests for refund must be made to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and include the account passcode. Allow 5-7 business days for processing and 3-4 weeks for credit to be applied from the credit card issuer (usually within the next complete billing cycle).
Upon cancellation of a single subscription or entire combination subscription, the account passcode will be terminated.
